I met up with Kiera and Michael last week on a freezing cold winter day, right away I knew it was going to be an amazing time getting to know these two love birds! This engagement session was a special time for them as they haven’t been able to be around each other as much as they would like to. These two are getting married in May and I couldn’t be more excited to shoot their wedding!
Jackie and Bradens engagement session has to be one of my favourites of all time! First of all they were adorable together and secondly the lighting and the landscape were absolutely breath taking. If it had not been for the extremely cold weather I would have been outside taking photos all day! Last weekend we headed out to A Rocha (http://www.arocha.ca/manitoba-centre/) which is located right next to the Pembina Valley Provincial Park. If you ever want gorgoues photos go there its beautiful in every season. Jackie and Braden met in highschool and they have had a close bond ever since. One of Jackies favourite holidays is Christmas so this shoot couldn’t have been planned for a better time.
This still wasn’t no ordinary engagement session for me, I had the privilege of photographing my cousin and her fiancée who are both from Windsor, Ontario! I was so thrilled when they asked me to shoot their wedding and their engagement photos. These two rocked this session, it was around -30 with the windchill and they didn’t even look cold! We were so lucky to get a really nice snow fall the day before this session happened it created such a romantic wonderland! Thanks you two for asking me to do the photos! Congrats! See you in April!

The other day I was thinking about how much I already missed summer so much and the beautiful light at sunset then realized that I had not put up my own baby sisters grad session on the blog! Yaaa for summer pictures! These photos were taken back in August and although that day feels like it was forever ago I remember it vividly because the mosquitoes were eating us alive! Maybe I don’t miss summer as much as I thought..okay I still miss summer all the pros definitely weigh out the cons.
Nastasha was a dream to photograph, when she wants to she can be a fierce model and I love using her as my subject! I was so honoured being able to take photos of my sister for her graduation. Although the mosquitoes were out to get us we had a blast and the photos turned out amazing!!

What can I say about these two except that they are so adorable together! I always enjoy doing a session with clients after they are married to connect and see how marriage is treating them. I think Angela and Bill are more in love than ever and as a true romantic I loved every single second with this couple! Angela and Bill got married on November 24th, 2013 and one year later Angela messaged me and asked if I could do their anniversary photos. I jumped at the chance to hangout with this fun couple again! We met on a really cold and windy day but these two did amazing and you would never be able to tell that they were cold! Thanks guys for a great time! Oh and thanks for the coffee! ❤
I had the privilege of being able to shoot with Krysten from Krysten Cathleen Photography I enjoyed spending time with this wonderful couple and their family and friends. These two are so perfect for each other and the love that they share is so incredible! Dan couldn’t stop looking at his bride and stating how happy he was to get married to the love of his life. Everyone felt the excitement of this couple and it was a beautiful wedding! Thanks Krysten for letting me be part of this day!
Stella and Travis went to the same highschool but never talked. It wasn’t until after highschool that these two started to spend some time together. After four years of dating Travis finally decided to pop the question at The Forks in Winnipeg. Now they are planning a wonderful June wedding for next summer! Enjoy the wedding planning guys!
Naomi and Don had the perfect fall wedding day and I was so honoured to be apart of their wedding day! These two love birds have been together a long time and I think everyone was really excited for them to FINALLY get married! For the last year these two have worked hard on preparing this day and it turned out beautifully! I loved there guest book idea, it has to be one of the greatest ideas in history of guest books. Tina and Allen had the perfect day for a wedding and everything about the day was amazing!! Everything from the Vera Wang dress to chandeliers, and the location. I really didn’t want it to end, I had an amazing time with this couple and their friends! They made shooting a breeze! Tina had so many amazing little details and I loved capturing them all!
